Shipping - GENERAL

Shipping over 200€ is free of charge 🙂

On receipt of your order and confirmation of payment, your order will be forwarded to the warehouse within 24 hours.

Your order will be processed from here. As soon as the order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

Shipping - customers from Germany, Austria

We mainly work with the shipping companies DPD, DHL and GLS. Delivery from the German warehouse within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days. To Austria normally 2-4 working days.

If the delivery could not be made due to absence (and no address was given for depositing), a notice will normally be left on your door or in your letterbox. The goods will then be taken to your post office or back to the distribution center to await further instruction from you. If you agree/ have agreed, the parcel will be placed in your letterbox (depending on size) or left outside your door.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be left for you at the post office or warehouse that is most convenient for you. Normally this is the case, but unfortunately we have no control over the suppliers. We would like to apologize in advance if your parcel is deposited at a different post office. Unfortunately, in this case we are unable to arrange for your parcel to be sent to your preferred post office.

Shipping - customers from Switzerland

Orders for Swiss customers are currently not possible.

Customers from Switzerland can also hand over the customs clearance to external service providers, such as MeinEinkauf.ch and thus the package will be sent to an address in Germany and forwarded from there.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the devices are delivered with a plug type C or F

We mainly work with the shipping companies DPD, DHL and GLS. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
